Thank you for a great product!" “Before I started with Delta Media the magazine was using Excel and Act to keep track of the subscriptions. Yikes! While that worked for them when the circulation was low and just starting out, it was obvious that things had to change. The Owner looked for a software package that would be the solution for handling a growing circulation. Of course he wanted to get the best value for his dollar as well. He was a little worried about using a Canada based company but thought that Publish2Profit and the Sequel Database had everything he was looking for. I came on board and helped make the switch from their old system to Sequel. I was no stranger to using databases so the transition to Sequel was fairly simple, until I started to do more than just data entry with the magazine and my needs for greater knowledge and flexibility grew by leaps and bounds. There wasn’t any formal training with this database so I was just doing what ever I could figure out. The owner was worried that we weren’t getting out of the database what we needed. I didn’t want to change course, so I started calling for tech support. I called a lot. And used their on-line support too. The team at Publish2profit helped me with everything. They helped me learn how to do everything. They also listened to my needs and incorporated those things in to their program if they felt it would benefit all users. I guess you can say we kind of grew together. They kept evolving and so did we. It was like having my own IT department. These guys are the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Our circulation has doubled in a year and a half and the efficiency of using Sequel has increased right along with it.
